• Dieter Crappé has over 7 years experience in the TMT sector gained within the industry and consulting practice by leading and executing strategic assignments, M&A projects, commercial partnerships and joint ventures.
  • Currently he advises telecom and media companies on strategy, finance, business development and M&A. Additionally he is translating different business model opportunities into new ventures.
  • From 2012 to 2013, Dieter was Chief Strategy & Financial Officer of MPlus Group, a new start up backed by KPN and several Belgian Mediahouses (De Persgroep, Roularta, VMMa) developing new business models based on the conversion of telecom and media services.
  • In 2011, whilst founding MPlus Group, Dieter was Head of JIM Mobile, one of the most successful branded resellers in the youth segment.
  • Dieter worked as Senior Corporate Development Manager at KPN Mobile International between 2007 and 2011. During this period he was involved in several M&A transactions focusing on deal execution, business modelling, valuation, negotiations and due diligence. Additionally he was also involved in several projects regarding new business development, strategy, frequency auctions and partnership establishment.
  • Prior joining KPN, Dieter was an advisor within the Transaction Management & Business restructuring team of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Brussels, serving several (inter) national clients across different sectors.
  • Dieter has a degree in Applied Economics from the University of Ghent and has a MBA in Finance from the Vlerick Management School.
